When applied to FDR, the word "cultish" is an abusive ad hominem attack. Cults are very specific entities, with very specific characteristics.
We meet none of course. All my little followers defending me has nothing to do with me brain washing them.

As a philosophy forum, FDR is the opposite of a cult. When people call FDR "culty," implying that I am not a moral philosopher doing my best to keep a challenging conversation afloat, but some narcissistic abuser, I am as offended as if they had called my wife a whore.
How dare people think I am not moral. After all, I am merely taking advantage of distraught and confused children. I am telling them that their parents want to kill me (because their belief system is not in line with mine) and I am taking their money so they can get the really good lectures I give.

Surreptitiously using my server's message system to invite members - whose generosity, good will and donations are essential to the continuance of this conversation - over to a forum composed of bitter banned ex-FDR members is also not good.
Because this, essentially, will take money away from me. Money and members. I need more members. More members that are distraught so they can recruit more members and can make more money that way. It's all about money.

Some of the people in this other forum bypassed my banning, and came back against my express desire and caused even more problems here.
My express desire was to not hear anything bad about me, regardless of whether it is true or not. I am emotionally unstable. I want people who do not agree with me gone. I need to be in control. I am the master banner.

The fact that you did not apologize for your behaviour tells me everything I need to know.
Even though, deep down I know that you are right, my emotional instability and my narcissistic wired brain demand an apology. I am never wrong. I am infallible. I am the leader.

If others want to bash FDR, they are of course welcome to do so. I'm just not going to let anyone make me pay for it.
This is a free world, of course you can go and join other forums, just know that I am watching you. And if I think you are up to now good. I will ban you. I do have the gestapo on my side.
