| You know what gets me? He told LIES about her, based on hearsay, and broadcast it to thousands of people. She gets angry and confronts him directly and he tells her--not even directly or to her face, but to others in a nasty, gossipy way--that she's the one who is lying. And those were not just regular lies--those were really mean lies designed to cast her in a villainous light. I mean, come on. He even disparaged her looks--and he's never even SEEN her, or the person he was talking to. |

Whenever his followers read a letter from some person in their former lives, he does an immediate line-by-line close reading that reveals every hidden evil intention.
Letter: "I just want to say that Pops and I love and miss you..."
SM: Hideous! They're using emotional manipulation to resnare you back into your role as slave, but of course you've known it all along, right? Right?
A two-minute conversation between the letter's recipient and author would blow all of his hysterical conclusions out of the water. But those conversations are no longer allowed, and truth be told, at that point the recipient will believe Molyneux regardless of the facts.
Nice to see the rare instance where the slandered one actually got to speak up, not that it had any hope of piercing the madness. |

If Stef's podcasts are all about virtue, integrity, and truth, why should there ever be any reason to remove any of them? Do you think the FDR members have considered that question? After all, virtue, integrity and truth should withstand any possible scrutiny. Right? Right? |

| Molyneux does in many cases have a very flexible view of the truth when it comes from other people. He of course is the font of all truth so his opinion is as absolute as it is flip. Of course that is why Ask a Therapist is so interesting and why it had to be removed. Its so full of his witticisms and deep seated personal problems it is hard to tell whether it is comedy or tragedy. I look forward to Penn and Teller doing a parody of Steff's greatest hits. I can see Mr "T" popping in with a "I Pity deFoo!" Real pity though that he has made a hell of so many peoples lives. As to Xtina, I'm not sure whether she is herself a victim of Molyneux to be pitied or a true co conspirator of Molyneux. Certainly she is complicit with his behaviour and probably in contravention of sound psycho theraputic theory and practice. She comes across like one of those prison lawyers who falls in love with the axe murder and becomes an accomplice. In any case she and Ask a Therapist lack any semblence of science, integrity and compassion! |
