7.15PM IAN HAWORTH - GENERAL SECRETARY FOR CULT INFORMATION CENTRE

Even by the internet's murky standards, it's deeply sinister - a website (Freedomain Radio) that brainwashes youngsters into disowning their families and vanishing into thin air. Ian Haworth is the main representative for Cult Information Centre, has worked full time as a specialist in cultism since 1979 and is an ex-cult member so he learned about cults the hard way. On Thursday we will be talking to Barbara Weed, whose son signed up to Freedomain Radio, left home and she has not heard from him since.

8TH JANUARY 2009
8.40PM BARBARA WEED - DISAPPEARANCE OF SON

On Tuesday we spoke to Ian Haworth, General Secretary for Cult Information Centre about cults and Freedomain Radio. Tonight we talk to Barbara Weed whose 18 year old son Tom got hooked in by the online Freedomain Radio, he abruptly left home and has not been in touch with any of his relatives since.
