I have set in motion the process of getting psychological aid, not to do anything with FDR but rather other small insignificant things like being suicidal for example.

I dunno, all psychologist are government employed in Sweden, I don't know if talking politics is the smart thing to do. I do not need to fret yet though, I have yet only had one phone call from the psychological clinic in a year where they asked me to fill in some blanks which the referral didn't provide. Maybe I get to meet a psychologist, therapist or whatever in a year maybe???

If "misunderstanding" can only be avoided by lying or withholding information, then something is seriously wrong.
