Okay, it appears as though the fine gentleman who wants QuestEon to stop using the avatar with Frank Gorshin's pic may have a legal case. So please don't use pics of Gorshin anymore, and please nobody ever talk or write about, use pictures of, reminisce about Gorshin anymore. That is by far the best way to keep his memory alive.

I hate to say it, but I'm a bit troubled by the poor writing that this fellow has used on his tribute site. A note to the future curators of www.therealdannyshahar.com: if you really care about preserving my memory, you will proofread your writing so that you don't publish things like "Batman was a big hit and merchandise ranged from bubblegum trading cards," and "Not only did he lose out on the role but he also found that Los Angeles papers had reported that Frank had died in the car accident" where the "he"s refer to Frank. Maybe if Mr. To-remain-nameless spent a little less time policing the internet to make sure that no one perpetuates Gorshin's memory, he might have more time to give him the respect that Frank deserves.
