now there is this very entertaining and informative talk from a law professor who says the same thing: Never ever talk to the police!

I have much more respect for the "Stop Snitchin'" movement. But with the way things are going, I'm afraid they could just subpoena you, or worse, charge you with obstruction of justice. But I agree that your first reaction should be inaction (i.e. to keep your mouth shut).

Wow! Now I have to watch that whole thing! I started it, enjoyed the law professor, but since I was at work, I had to cur it off after my 10 minute break never saw the end.
