what happened to exiled online?

I get this when I try to access with Firefox. Other browsers just give me the typical page cannot be displayed message.

Do any of you know what this means? Am I being blocked by my browser or ISP? I tried removing Chrome since I saw the name in there but get the same message.

I Googled 'exiled online', then got a link to that site and then tried to go there but got the error message

It works now. Must have been a problem on their end.
