You can't offend me. Smile
I love to hear opinions that are not mine.
Sounds good.

I love this site. I used to hang at FDR a bit, but it was for me like stepping on egg shells (or Molyneux's dick?). I see a much greater freedom to discuss a variety of topics here, such as determinism/compatibilism, moral anti-realism/subjectivism, and hot sex.

BTW Nadine, I hope you are aware that simply engaging with people in this site is grounds for banning in FDR.

What answer would you find acceptable?
That sums it up really well actually. Wink

... I think Dyl is best equipped to answer this one...
At the very least it will be a thorough, comprehensive, passionate and ultimately entertaining answer.

My impression of why Stefban would say he bans those posting here, is that he found the core, originating/original people here "aggressive" and "quarrelsome" --mixed in with "slanderous" (for the cult-calling), rather than "genuinely curious" and "cordial". I'd think that for yourself, Nadine, if found to be both here and on fdr, like I myself was at the time, it's guilt by association ie one being here confirms one's approval of that "bad behavior" as acceptable. [words in quotes my interpretational choices, not necessarily Stefbans]

On the cult=slander aspect, if memory serves me correctly, he said calling fdr a cult was akin to calling his wife a whore (something he takes as horrific/slanderous).
