...but I finally got banned from Mises.org forums. I haven't been given an official reason, not that I care that much. It's just kind of funny to me that the consistent trolls will probably never get banned, because they accept the word of Our Saviour Rothbard. Getting banned from Mises isn't quite as fun as getting banned from FDR, though, because I never directly made the staff look like idiots.

The Mises forums always struck me as being pretty low quality.

There was no follow-up. Freiheit predicted I would be banned, though.

I dunno, I mean there certainly is the religious wingnut element (and most of these people aren't even normal Christians), but the Randroids seem to get on alright there.

Well, they're just as dogmatic, doctrinaire and obtuse as the Catholics. It'd be easy to mistake them for one another.

I find it really funny when the creationists jump into the forum, to excoriate Darwinistic Atheism for the evils of socialism. I like how they ignore the thousands of years of sub-subsistance living that was characterized by a near-universal religosity.
