| I made a comment long ago which I cannot find with the search engine. It had to do with my personal experience of taking on different roles depending upon my current situation, in stead of my gender defining my roles. (or something like that) At any rate, I just came across a fascinating video TED Talk about the organization of ant colonies. I HIGHLY recommend watching it as it really challenges many of our culturally deep seated believes in the need for authorities and delegation of work. - NonE |
